Bridget JardasLPN, CMC
We were delighted to welcome Bridget to our team in 2020. Well known to Connie and Trish from collaborating on challenging situations over the years, we knew she would be natural fit for us. Her warm and engaging manner and strong skill set take us to a new level. She listens closely to clients and families and provides wise guidance. Bridget is especially an asset with medically complex elders

Her career has centered on serving elders, often in supervisory and leadership positions. She has worked in a variety of settings including assisted living memory care, an inpatient neuro-behavioral unit, in-home services and acute hospital care.

She earned her certificate as a licensed practical nurse (LPN) in 2007 at the Isabella Graham Hart School of Practical Nursing in Rochester. In addition, she has completed extensive course work in nutrition and psychology.

Thank you for all your help in navigating the maze of healthcare for our aunt. Without you she would still be in a hospital or a nursing home. I am deeply touched by your care and concern for all of us. I am grateful to know you are but a phone call or e-mail away. Carol T

I thank you so much for the many trips we take together. You make them enjoyable and carefree whereas they could, under other circumstances, be stressful and uncomfortable. I am grateful.
